Bathroom light flickered with vibrations, which was an annoyance. The rear exit door didn’t lock securely, making it feel less safe. Some minor landscaping issues, like overgrown trees blocking pathways, could use attention, requiring wet ground detours.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the staff made us feel right at home. Our housekeeper, Ms. Hernandez, was exceptional and always on time. The night staff was also very friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable.
